• The submission of any film, videotape, photo or other media to us for duplication, transfer, or any other services constitutes an agreement by you that if such film, videotape, photo or any other media is damaged, lost or mishandled by DVD Arizona LLC, its affiliates, agents, or employees, even though due to the negligence or other fault of the foregoing, liability will be limited to replacement of an equivalent amount of unexposed or unused media and processing. The foregoing will be your exclusive remedy for any such loss, damage or mishandling. Except for such replacement, the acceptance for processing, transferring, duplicating or handling of any film, videotape, photo, DVD, CD, negative or any other media is without warranty whatsoever (whether expressed or implied) or other liability of any kind. Recovery for incidental or consequential damages is specifically excluded.



• Return Policy
• 30 Day Refund and Retransfer Policy
  
  In the event there is any problem with your order, please notify DVD Arizona right away. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, you may pursue a retransfer or a refund. We ask that you follow these steps:
  
  (1) Contact DVD Arizona within 30 days of the shipping date of your order to arrange for return or a retransfer.
  
  (2) Return all of the media that we produced for the order in the condition that you received it. If you need a retransfer, we will need the original film or tape as well.
  
  

  Your retransfers will be completed as quickly as possible. Refunds will be credited in the same fashion as the original payment, after all produced materials have been returned and received by DVD Arizona.
  
  We reserve the right to refuse a refund or retransfer after 30 days.
